At Lifespan Kids, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit or style, you can return it within 30 days for an exchange or a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in brand-new condition during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
